This position is for a Customer Service Representative * Host based in Ipswich, Suffolk. Basic salary £13,000 - £14,000 (£6.73 per hour). This position is a job share and will involve working 36 hours (4 days per week) on a rota basis Mon–Sat 8am–6pm & Sun 10am–4pm. FULL TRAINING GIVEN. Duties will include: Meeting and greeting Customers and making them feel comfortable, offering them drinks, introducing them to the sales process, showing them the show room, passing them over to a consultant. You will be given product training etc. Essential Skills: - Excellent customer service and client facing skills, excellent communication skills, full drivers licence. Please note this position does NOT involve sales.
